Our Intention:

We live in a culture of unrealistic expectations. Our days are filled with obligations that push us further from our true selves. Then, year after year, we commit to New Year's resolutions that fade by early Spring.

But, what if we changed our approach and focused on the things that fuel us? What if we gave ourselves permission to say “no” to what drains us--without guilt?

• Vision Board and Guiding Principles sessions
• Mindfulness exercises
• Group cooking experience
• Campfires and cocoa
• Massage (optional)
• Life coaching sessions (optional)

We make gentle space for more intentional living as you explore your motivations, aspirations, and subconscious blockers.

*All-inclusive packages include lodging, 3 healthy meals daily, beverages (coffee, tea, water, fresh juices), practitioner-led workshops, 30-minute massage, all listed activities, and full access to retreat center amenities. We do not include airfare nor transportation to or from airports.
